The best place to check fow swimming and sauna prices is on the City of London website, wher you can also find more useful information and make donations.

Swimming in cold water can be hazardous. If you are new to it, or want to learn more about how to safely get the most out of it, read these wise words from Head Lifeguard and Senior Supervisor overseeing swimming on the Heath, Paul Jeal . HERE.

A bit of history

First opened in 1938 Parliament Hill Lido in north London is an unheated open air swimming pool, open to members of the public 365 days a year. Operated by the Corporation of London, the pool is 200 x 90 feet (61 m × 27 m).

This site is run by the Parliament Hill Lido User Group (PHLUG). The group exists to celebrate those who swim at the Lido, to encourage active membership of the swimmer community, and to work with the Lido management team on all relevant Lido matters.
